5 E11 error code is usually displayed due to a motor circuit problem. Lack of proper power can make the door not open. Follow the following instructions to check out if the motor is in good condition. -Unplug your washer from the power source and take off the rear panel. This will expose the motor. -Check out the motor wiring plug connections. Also, check out the plugging too and make sure it’s in good condition. If okay, the problem will basically be on the motor and the brushes. -Take off the motor and examine the carbon brushes thoroughly. If damaged, have them replaced or repaired. I believe you will be able to use your washer again from this point.
