Question About Sunbeam Iron GCSBBV-200
How to clean iron...

While ironing, my iron went cold, no steam, nothing, it was cool to touch. Changed outlet, thinking that could be the problem. I can't understand what happened, as it is not that old, maybe 3 years. Thinking it may need to be "cleaned", as there is a button for this function, but I can't find my manual.
