0 I am in Colombia and I have a problem with my iron (Model 4239-000), the digital panel in frozen in the position of "SYN". I press the fabric select button (-/+) but this does not change the frozen position. Do you have a manual to tell me as to disassemble the iron for review? Do you have a spare parts manual? Do you have a troubleshooting manual? Could you send me that manuals?
