door won't unlock...

After finishing complete cycle, the door won't unlock.

0 Replace the door switch.

0 The problem is usually the door switch or the circuit board. New ones can be ordered from Splendide. You do know that you can open the door by holding the Start button in until it cancells the program. If it is the circuit board the door will open once the program cancells
