Question About Speed Queen Washer LWS17
SPEED QUEEN HEAVY DUTY...

I bought this Washer new, but there seems to be some asafety screw or screws that are placed for safer transportation, but I only found one screw right at the bottom, and an arrow shape plastic , that I turned but the washer refused to turn when plugged in . Can anyone help me?

0 1] Washing machine is currenty running out of balance in a spin mode. If the bucket springs are worn were will I find a supplier for spares. 2] The machine is leaking water on the floor in a full washing mode. I believe to top seal is worn and need to be replaced.
