COLD WATER TRICKLES OUT...

WHEN I RUN MY HOT WATER IT RUSHES OUT BUT WHEN IT GOES ON THE COLD CYCLE RINSE IT JUST TRICKLES. I HAVE A SPEED QUEEN MARATHON HEAVY DUITY.
