The washing machine will not turn on. There is power to the main control panel, but when water is on, machine is loaded the on button shows red, then after awhile it flashes green, then back to red. It seems as if the switch will not come off delay. Any suggestions. I have recently moved the machine from Australia to Philippines and someone suggested it was 50 hertz to 60 hertz is causing the problem.
