The filter bag is stuck in the bottom of he agitat...

The filter bag is stuck in the bottom of he agitator. Do I need to remove the agitator? If yes how is this done?

0 Had same problem tonight the saw a slot ONE of Three down at the base, put a coat hanger into one slot twisted it around to face under the basket and pulled, out came basket.
