Question About Simpson Washer simpson espirit 650
My washing machine will not start on wash no water...

My washing machine will not start on wash no water even coming out of tap. I use cold water so I tested the hot tap and no water coming out still. all other cycles work except washing and rinsing so I thought maybe the turn dial not the valve. can u help.
