My lid lock switch remained in the lock position, ...

My lid lock switch remained in the lock position, changed lock switch, changed display board, changed main control board, now lid switch solenoid rocks back and fwd but machine will still not work

5 Your washer is actually under product safety recall for an issue with the lid locking mechanism. Simpson/Electrolux will actually repair the issue free of charge; you just need to contact them and schedule a service technician to come out and fix it. http://m.recalls.gov.au/content/item.phtml?itemId=971063&nodeId=35e5081a72528ca6aa92919d0d672772&fn=TLW+recall_aust.pdf "Electrolux urges owners or users of the above machines to register details at www.simpson.com.au/recall or www.electrolux.com.au/recall or call the toll free number 1800 001 218.
