I have a simpson encore 806 washing machine with a balance problem. Are these machines difficult to balance. everythng seems to be ok but it will not spin and the tub appears a bit loose when moved by hand

1 depends on what you are washing, for example: when you are washing bedsheets you'll need to even then out. When it does over balance you'll need to move the sheets to make it even. As for the lose tub, outs is like that so don't worry about that.
