Can you please give me an idea as to why my clothes are coming out really wrinkled. I have tried washing them (eg work shirts - polyester) on a delicates cycle as well as the woollens cycle and still no different. I follow the manufacturers instructions and I certainly don't over load the washing machine. What could I possibly be doing wrong. I have the Simpson Esprit 550 washing machine. I have had it for at least 9-10 yrs but never serviced. Nicole
