5 Hi Ya, I found your manual - http://www.sharkclean.com/manual/GI472_REV_0304C.pdf The model number is GI472, not G1472, make sense? I just bought this iron at thrift store today and was looking online for manual. Glad to help you. Huggles Jonell digitizingjonell@gmail.com
