I have this vaccum and I am not liking it too much. First of all the box did not have any directions in it. I have no idea how to turn it off. I press the button and the green light goes to lowest setting and then the light eventually turns red and flashes and flashes and is still flashing days later. The button you press to change settings is in a bad place. While you are ironing your hand is in that same place and you have changed settings and do not even know it and then your shirt is burned.
