Hi, may name is Gary and seeking answers on how to repair the door latch to my Samsung Front Loader Washer. My door latch was broken; therefroe, I order the part from J & J International and replaced it. However, the door lever will not insert underneath the black ball door latch. It seems as though the springs on the ball latch did not spring back into home position when the dorr was last opened. How do I fix the problem?
