1 The user manual is available for download here: http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/200906/20090611131913078/SW80USP_MANUAL.pdf Page 21 describes that the error "dE" means that spinning does not work. You need to make sure the laundry is spread out evenly in the washer. You need to make sure the washer is set on a sturdy flat surface.
