when i soak clothes in my samsung wobbling 3D wobb...

when i soak clothes in my samsung wobbling 3D wobbling washing machine and switch off the power button to stop it from washing immediately as i want the clothes to soak for some more time, the water starts clearing with the letters CL even with the power button off.what do i do?
