Samsung wf209anw/xaa washer is not giving enough w...

Samsung wf209anw/xaa washer is not giving enough water to even saturate clothes. They look like they took a walk in a light rain! And on the white cycle NO water enters the tub!? Is there a way to adjust it and tell it to give more water? Help?
