0 My machines drum dropped it can actually still wash but cannot let the water out or spin and it suddenly started to make a strange noise. From the inside you can see the drum has dropped. i have opened the back and you can see the four straight irons holding the drum up but the moment i tap again water in the drum goes down. Please advise what I must do to fix problem. The machine is still in good order
