0 I had no idea not getting an owner's manual was going to be such a big deal. I started the first load with great excitement, and it is already alarming. Looking now at the pdf user manual and it is impossible to understand. Looks like for the installer rather than the user. My installer just plugged it in and pressed the power key. Stuff lit up so I let him go, thinking I could easily download the manual. The manual is no help at all thus far. Help???
