My Washer does not open, prior to that it smelt like rubber burning when you opened the door. The drain hose had vibrated out of drain pipe. So water sprayed all over floor and back of the machine. I took the access panel off the back. I found 4 plastic tubes (4 3/16" Long and 1" Diameter) and 3 black rubber grommets that fit inside either end of the plastic tubes. lying in bottom of washer. Do you have a diagram of the back of the washer tub where these may go? The machine vibrated pretty good previously.
