My Samsung washing machine is not working correct...

My Samsung washing machine is not working correctly. It will not drain and the door does not open unless it is completley turned off. Plelase could you send out the manual as we have lost ours. The machine is 4 years old. WF8702RSS. Please email Alamo1@btinternet.com
