My cold water solenoid stays open, the machine has filled up and starts washing but the cold water still keeps pouring in, I just turned the cold water off and the machine is functioning, what is the cause?

1 Thanks for the manual link i already had it , need to know if there is a reset on the machine as the control board sends a signal continuosly

0 Can anyone help me. The cold water is not getting into machine. I have taken pipe and cleaned filter. But cold water will not go through machine hot water is ok. Hope someone can help
