Question About Samsung Washer B1215J
My 1215J washing machine door does n ot lock into ...

My 1215J washing machine door does n ot lock into position when it is closed . Sometimes the programme starts and stops with the error message for door open . I have tightened all screws on the door and the latch in case it is out of alignment from vibrations etc . I have also sprayed WD 40 into the latch mechanism . It helped before but it doesnt help now.

0 The manual does not solve the problem . I stripped out the rubber seal connecting to the drum and took out the lockiing mechanism . It had burnt out and had to be replaced . I have bought the part and will fit it today . Thanks for trying to help.
