Clothes left in washer overnight smell moldy. When washer is empty we leave the door and detergent compartment open otherwise the odor of mold is overwhelming when it is opened and the first load of clothes smells moldy. Even then there is still a lingering moldy odor in sll of the Iaundry.using perfumed detergent & fabric softener don't help either.
