I moved house and now my washing machine does not ...

I moved house and now my washing machine does not work properly. When I select the wash cycle the water flow out at the outflow as it flows in at the top.

0 all i can think is youve lost a washer inside the hose where they screw on (mine just sit in there). Perhaps yours adjust.. open and close?. but im not 100% sure if i understand correctly what you mean. goodluck
