i have a samsung WA78k1 fully automatic 5.8kg top ...

i have a samsung WA78k1 fully automatic 5.8kg top loader. While washing my cloths i starts with fuzzy level, but it skips speedy and Rinse LED ON+water level LEDs blink. How do i identify the issue and solve it.
