I have a Samsung Diamond Drum washer, purchased in Mexico, model #WA14M7, 12.0 kg. I cannot find my manual, and the display screen shows an "A" The machine is not properly draining, and it's dripping water into the drum. The cycle does not finish. What does the A mean!
