I can't get my Samsung washer t spin the water out...

I can't get my Samsung washer t spin the water out why? It comes up with dE fault and a 4E fault when on the spin cycle can you help pls

0 If you have a spin option, choose Spin then for rpm, choose NO SPIN. That will set the machine to remove water and end quickly. Your load is unbalanced. If it still doesn't work, your belt may have snapped.
