Question About Samsung Washer SRS 10X31014
I bought this used. 0E showed on display as error ...

I bought this used. 0E showed on display as error message and water did not fully drain. Also, cannot get door to open, maybe safety lock feature and maybe it will not open because error occured before cycle was finished?
