Hotpoint Aquarius WF220 Washing machine Drum wont spin during any washing cycle. Can move drum manually but it doesnt spin easily & doesnt swing back & fro. Tried a rinse & spin cycle without clothes & water pumps out but not spins. Looked in manual but no reference to spin problem. Taken the rear, bottom panel off where the pump out hose is but not taken it off the outlet yet. Would be grateful if you could advise. Many thanks Sue.
