Hello, I have a Samsung WA80 top loader washing machine, approx 4 years old. My problem is the drum will not agitate (wash) or spin. All the other functions are OK. When aprogram is selected the machine goes through all the motions of the program until drainage and stop, but the drum does not move. Can someone help please. Thank You, Daniel
