Had washer for 5 years just one person little use. Started shaking and not draining. Cleaned filter and found pieces of plastic and rubber, hoses plugged with this stuff. Took washer apart to find the spider shaft assembly completely disintegrated. I don't know if it is worth buying the prt and replacing it. This should not have happened with the amount of use this machine has had. Not at all happy
