My electricity went off while my washing machine was running and when it came back on, the child lock had frozen and won't release. No other buttons can be pressed, which means I can't use the machine and I had to manually empty it and use the emergency door release to get the wet washing out. Does anyone know how to re-set the electrical controls and/or release the child lock forcefully?
