My Samsung Dryer is two years old. The heating element failed. Our Service Tech checked the element and found it to be faulty. After he left we started the dryer and discovered the heating element was working. Upon replacing the old element, the service tech discovered the element had arked and become reconnected. Is two years the most we can expect from the heating element? This appears to be a fire hazzard.
