Question About Samsung Clothes Dryer dc68-02319c

jhuff2@zoomtown.com I am helping a friend that has a dryer that is not heating model dc68-02319c every thing else is working checked the 2 switches on the side of heater panel and heaters and the 1 on the side of the motor I think they are ok checked for 220 at the relay seems to be ok do you have any idea what else I may check thanks jerry
