Problem with steamglide model no 17880. Water pour...

Problem with steamglide model no 17880. Water pouring out of it, and back part where buttons are is unbearably hot. Cannot lift it at all as too dangerously hot! Stuff leaking out from where flex is too. Have only had under 2 years.
