I have a Russell Hobbs 20551-01 steam glide iron which is only 2 months old but now when I try to use it, it is releasing a brown goo substance, what is the reason for this as can't use the product, I've tried to do a self clean but it's not helping, and the smell coming from the iron is like burnt sweets
