I do happen to have a Russell Hobbs Steamglide iron with the number 19222 which is mentioned in your programme this evening and it was purchased from Currys. I do have the reciept but it does not mention any Batch No.what will be my best route to take with the safety factor in mind, this iron was purchased on 28.1 2014. I await your advice.
