I have a DG-980 iron. I clean out the boiler about every 6 months. Last week, when I turn the iron on, it starts steaming on its own...and some steam is also escaptin from the hose that attaches to the base. I opened up the bast to rinse it out...and it is covered with what looks like calcification. What should I do? I love this iron...and have had it about 3 years. (Can I use a product like CLR...the manual says NOT to use anything to clean it out except water).

0 My add water indicator light flashes continually, and the ready button does not illuminate at all. Is this a problem with the main computer board in the iron?
