Question About Rowenta Iron DG980
Problem with steam...

My pressure Iron with steam does not work because when I pulled up the knob underneath the handle it stayed stuck. Would like to open the handle to see what is wrong.

0 Hasn't been used for a long while. Does not steam as it used to. Is there any way to clean the system through, as I think it may need descaling, and I'm reading that you shouldn't use a descaler. Can I use White vinigar? Regards Steve
