I purchased a Rowenta DW 8080 pro master iron on 0...

I purchased a Rowenta DW 8080 pro master iron on 08/02/2013. The average time used is 2 hours/ day. The iron starts spitting after I've ironed 2-3 cotton items. It also forms a sticky film at the same time. Help!!!
