My riper washer is barely 2 yrs old and it started...

My riper washer is barely 2 yrs old and it started smoking on the spin cycle and didnt spin very well. Ive called rapair places left and right and i keep getting different answers! Anyone kbow what the could be the model is rtw4440qv...thanks!!!
