i HAVE A ROPER RTW434OSQO WASHER. IT DOES NOT SPIN WHEN IT REACHES SPIN CYCLE. ONLY IF I TAKE 2/3 OF THE LOAD OUT AND THEN IT WILL SPIN. I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY ASSISTANCE, WHAT I NEED TO HELP ME GET THIS REPAIRED
