I have a Roper, heavy duty, Xlarge capacity plus washer, RAX7244EQ1 Serial # CH2615004 It washes and rinses and the dial advances, and but when it gets to the spin cycle it will not spin or pump the water out of the drum and it will not advance the dial. Please help! I don't know have a manual. Thanks, Pat
