How do I get to the back of the drum and inside of...

How do I get to the back of the drum and inside of my Roper RTW4305SQ Washer so that I can clean it? It is full of dog hair with very thick mildew and it's like a paste. I have tried many things to clean without taking it apart, but nothing has worked.
