Question About Philips Iron GC3260
problem with philips c3260 iron...

i have a philips c3260 iron ,the problem i have its that the iron is not geting hot it only lights the red light on the auto off.i guess the auto off function is activate and it is failing to go back tio the normal functioning mode.Please help
