I'm having the same problem.The calc-clean light stays on and steam generator doesn't generate any steam even after I clean it. Is there any problem with the product.??

4 Hi, I hope you have fixed the problem now, but if not, the solution is really simple: when the light is blinking unplug the steam iron without switching it off, then perform the cleaning as explained in the manual (what you have already done 100 times I know) and then plug it back in, switch it on and normally everything is fine. I hope this will help. :-)

1 I have done all the instruction in the manual but the light still blinking...any other way?
