Flashing blue and green light iron wont steam and barely...

Flashing blue and green light iron won't steam and barely heats up, cartridge was replaced in the the last month, have also put a new one in today to see if that was the problem, but no joy!!!!

0 Same issue, still not fixed even if I remove the filter. So still
