Milnor Washer Extractor model 30015CWEZACB won't s...

Milnor Washer Extractor model 30015CWEZACB won't shut off. It has been taking longer and longer to finish washing until this last time it did not shut off but needed to be unplugged. Do you think it could be the timer or a relay? It was found still spinning at the low speed after starting the load of wash 2 hours prior.
